These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and Berkay Berat Sönmez, an independent developer based in Türkiye ("Pythia", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Pythia mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pythia is an entertainment application that uses artificial intelligence to provide:
Pythia uses anonymous authentication — there is no traditional username or password. Your account is tied to a Firebase Anonymous Auth UID stored on your device. If you reinstall the app or clear app data, your account and history may be lost. You are responsible for backing up your device and for any activity on your device.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
"User Content" means content you submit to the Service — primarily dream descriptions, tarot questions, mood ratings, and optional birth profile data. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
This license terminates when you delete the content or your account, except for backup copies in routine system backups (typically 30 days).
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Pythia offers paid subscriptions ("PRO") that unlock features such as unlimited interpretations, premium AI styles, and additional content. Plans, prices, and features are shown in the app and managed via the platform store (Apple App Store / Google Play) and our subscription provider RevenueCat.
Some plans may include a free trial. Trial length and conditions are disclosed at the point of purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the regular subscription price.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time:
Refund requests are handled by the platform store you purchased through (Apple or Google). We do not directly process refunds. Statutory consumer-protection rights in your country (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable) remain unaffected.
We may change subscription prices. Material changes will be communicated in advance via the app or store. Price changes take effect for the next billing cycle after notification.
For purchases on iOS:
The free tier of Pythia is supported by advertising (Google AdMob). You may have the option to watch a rewarded video to earn additional credits, subject to a daily cap (currently 3 ads per day). Ads are served by third-party networks subject to their own policies.
If you choose to connect your TikTok account through the Service:
The Service, including its software, design, logos, brand name "Pythia", and content provided by us, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive no rights to our intellectual property except the limited license described in Section 4.
Pythia uses third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI's gpt-4o-mini) to generate interpretations. AI output:
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated content.
We strive to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including AI providers, third-party integrations, and pricing tiers) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages — in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pythia and its operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved by the courts and consumer arbitration boards of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
For users in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via the app store update notes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Pythia, sınırsız yorum, premium AI stilleri ve ek içerik gibi özellikler sunan ücretli abonelikler ("PRO") sunar. Planlar, fiyatlar ve özellikler uygulama içinde gösterilir ve mağaza (Apple App Store / Google Play) ile abonelik sağlayıcımız RevenueCat üzerinden yönetilir.
Bazı planlar ücretsiz deneme içerebilir. Deneme süresi ve koşulları satın alma noktasında belirtilir. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz otomatik olarak normal abonelik ücretiniz tahsil edilir.
Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin sona ermesinden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece, geçerli fiyat üzerinden her fatura döneminin sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi her zaman yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz:

Abonelik fiyatlarını değiştirebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler önceden uygulama veya mağaza üzerinden bildirilir. Fiyat değişiklikleri bildirimden sonraki bir sonraki fatura döneminde yürürlüğe girer.
iOS satın alımları için:

Hizmet (yazılım, tasarım, logo, "Pythia" markası ve tarafımızdan sağlanan içerik dahil) tarafımıza veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve telif, marka ve diğer yasalarla korunur. Bölüm 4'teki sınırlı lisans dışında fikri mülkiyetimiz üzerinde herhangi bir hak elde etmezsiniz.
Pythia, yorumları üretmek için 3. taraf AI modelleri kullanır (örn. OpenAI gpt-4o-mini). AI çıktısı:
AI üretimi içeriğin doğruluğunu, eksiksizliğini veya herhangi bir amaca uygunluğunu garanti etmiyoruz.
Hizmet'i kesintisiz tutmak için çaba sarf ederiz ancak kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Özellikleri (AI sağlayıcılar, 3. taraf entegrasyonları ve fiyatlandırma katmanları dahil) önceden bildirimle veya bildirimsiz olarak değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Yürürlükteki tüketici hukuku gerektirmedikçe bu durumdan ötürü size karşı sorumlu değiliz.
Yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, Hizmet "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU GİBİ" sunulur; pazarlanabilirlik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, ihlal etmeme, doğruluk veya erişilebilirlik dahil hiçbir açık veya örtülü garanti vermeyiz. Hizmet'in hatasız, güvenli veya kesintisiz olacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde:
Bazı yargı bölgeleri belirli zararların hariç tutulmasına izin vermez — bu durumda sorumluluğumuz yasaca izin verilen azami ölçüye sınırlanır.
Hizmet kullanımınızdan, Kullanıcı İçeriğinizden veya bu Şartlar'ı ihlalinizden doğan tüm talep, zarar, sorumluluk ve makul avukatlık ücretleri dahil giderlere karşı Pythia'yı ve operatörünü savunmayı, tazmin etmeyi ve zararsız kılmayı kabul edersiniz.
Bu Şartlar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar Türkiye mahkemeleri ve tüketici hakem heyetlerinde çözülür; ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici hukuku saklıdır.
Avrupa Birliği'ndeki kullanıcılar Avrupa Komisyonu'nun Çevrimiçi Uyuşmazlık Çözüm platformunu da kullanabilir.
Bu Şartlar'ı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde veya mağaza güncelleme notlarıyla duyurulur. Üst kısımdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi en son revizyonu gösterir. Değişiklikten sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmek güncel Şartlar'ı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
