Pythia is operated by Berkay Berat Sönmez, an independent developer based in Türkiye.

If you choose to connect your TikTok account or interact with content shared to TikTok via Pythia, we may receive limited information from TikTok solely as needed to publish content on your behalf. Specifically:

Pythia uses cloud services located in the European Union (Firebase region europe-west1) and providers based in the United States and other regions. When we transfer your data outside your country, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms required by applicable law.
No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users in line with applicable law.

Pythia is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the digital-consent age). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
The Pythia mobile app does not use browser cookies. We use device-local storage (SharedPreferences, SQLite) and Firebase SDKs to store user preferences, cached data, and offline copies of your dream history.
Interpretations, horoscopes, and affirmations in Pythia are generated by AI for entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Do not rely on AI output for important decisions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via the app store update notes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

Pythia 13 yaş altı (dijital rıza yaşı 16 olan ülkelerde 16 yaş altı) çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun veri sağladığını düşünüyorsanız bize bildirin, sileriz.
Pythia mobil uygulaması tarayıcı çerezi kullanmaz. Tercihler, önbellek ve rüya geçmişinin çevrimdışı kopyaları için cihaz-yerel depolama (SharedPreferences, SQLite) ve Firebase SDK'larını kullanırız.
Pythia'daki yorumlar, burçlar ve affirmasyonlar yapay zeka tarafından yalnızca eğlence amacıyla üretilir. Tıbbi, psikolojik, finansal veya hukuki tavsiye değildir. Önemli kararlarda AI çıktısına güvenmeyin.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde veya mağaza güncelleme notlarıyla duyurulur. Üst kısımdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi en son revizyonu yansıtır. Değişiklikten sonra hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmek güncel politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
