Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Conveyor Sort mobile game (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

2. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law;
• Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized tools that interfere with normal gameplay;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App, or redistribute it;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

3. Ads and rewards

The App is free and supported by advertising. Some rewarded (watch-to-earn) ads are entirely optional: watching them grants only temporary, consumable in-game advantages (such as an extra life or doubled coins). Rewarded ads never unlock permanent content and never affect the fairness of the game.

4. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, artwork, and content, is owned by the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
